Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled through customer support so each order can be reviewed fairly based on product condition, delivery status, and order history.

Before shipping

Signed-in customers can cancel eligible orders from their account order page before the order ships. If cancellation is no longer available online, contact support.

After delivery
